As a small business we strive to offer clients with the best rate when it comes to shipping, and with that we offer 3 option for you to choose from.
Our shipping costs are as follows:
1) Standard shipping: R100
2) Self service courier with Pudo Locker to Locker : R60
3) Collection: Free
Pudo Locker to Locker
Once processing is completed and you have received a notification that your parcel is on it's way, shipping will take approximately 1-4 working days. Once your package has arrived at the locker you have selected, you will receive a notification with a QR code and PIN code for the pick up.
You have 36 hours to collect you package, If you don’t pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest pudo Kiosk or Depot.

As our candles are handmade, It may take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched. Upon dispatch please allow 2 to 4 business days to arrive depending on where you are located.
